Retaja Capital is the real estate lending arm of Retaja Group. We have built, entitled, renovated and sold more than $100MM of real estate as principals, so we know how a deal looks from your side of the table and how it needs to look to a lender.

Founder
Greg Sharp
Greg places equity for family offices and brokers real estate loans through Retaja Group. Before he arranged loans for other investors, he was the investor: building, entitling, renovating and selling real estate as a principal.
That experience is why borrowers call him with the deals other lenders turned down. He knows what a lender needs to see, which lender is likely to say yes, and how to present a complex request so it gets funded.
